1.   Any disputes shall be settled in Washington state, King county.  We don't agree to stand trial in any other state than Washington.

2.  All fees are nonrefundable except that if a job is not finished or you cease our services before much work is performed we will refund a reasonable amount based on how much is completed.  Deposits are not placed in a trust account or other such account.

3.  Artistic revisions are limited to two (2).  You give us the basic color themes and an idea about the graphics. 

4. You can change your website text (accept the graphic portions) three (2) times per year free of charge.  Otherwise $35 per change is charged.

5. Basic sites have a hosting fee of $9.95 per month, deluxe sites $19.95 or more.  We won't automatically bill your credit card, unless you ask us to.

6.  Although we make legal software we are never providing legal services or any such warranty thereto.
