Our flat fee is $375 per practice area.    Here is a description in a nutshell video. The easiest way is to just purchase the basic setup and have us explain it to you in person over the phone as we go along. 

The service we offer is doing for you all the steps to get your site up on the web through Google or Microsoft Adcenter or Yahoo.  We reccomend just starting with Google because it is the biggest.  Because this is such a fundamental and basic step we can't imagine a business not doing it at least to test the waters.  If you would like to simply get started with that now you only need a website and tell us your practice area and geographic region, it is $375 as a flat fee and you pay Google or Microsoft per visitor (and only if a persona actually visits) and you can purchase it at the order page.  We receive no commission or kickback in anyway shape or form, there is no conflict of interest here at all. 

Google or Microsoft will bill you, not us, based on an intricate system of per visitor price fluctuations which would be too complex, and not useful to you, for us  to explain here.

Our software generates the thousands of keywords and search phrase permutations necessary for any online attorney advertising campaign.  Unlike with the old yellow pages, you can be online and "in the market" literally within hours.   Furthermore, you can turn your adds off and on like a light switch so if your office closes and their is no system in place to handle the calls you won't lose money on your adds. (You can pay us to that for you too! But it is not that hard and all of our programs include a complimentary walk-through on the phone on exactly what such important procedures entail.) 

Regardless of whether you are advertising on Google, Yahoo, or Microsoft Live Search, you must have keywords plugged into their system.  Not just SINGLE keywords, but phrases such as those your average searcher would use: "personal injury lawyer new york" or whatever the practice area and geographical region is.  Some people will type in "injury lawyer ny", others "new york dog bite".  We have software and our own knowledge from previous attorney advertising campaigns as to how searcher's word their searches.  We take, for example, 5 words related to your practice area and our program mathematically shuffles them in every possible combination.  If you spend time typing these out you will miss possible visitors to your website.

The $375 price above is for Pay-per-click (PPC).  After you pay the above fee, you will pay Google or Microsoft (not us; and we receive no commission whatsoever) on a PER VISITOR basis.   The costs per visitor are determined by google and microsoft based on the market and bidding.  You excercise complete and total control over costs paid to them.  You also login (we walk you through where to go on Google's website over the phone) and provide Google or Microsoft with your credit card so they can bill you.  We handle all aspects of planning keywords and account set-up and instruction to you on the basics to get you up and running.  Eventually you will see it is not that hard to turn your advertising account on or off or control your budget. 

It is very important to run a pay-per-click campaign pror to doing long-term Search Engine Optimization.  This should be done for at least a short bit of time just to gain market knowledge on what search words and phrases have the most statistical frequency and "click through" rates as they relate to lawyers in your practice area and region of the country.  If you are unsure of what level of committment you want to put into internet advertising it is a good place to start with just doing a $375 pay per click campaign and we will apply that $375 to the broader campaigns we do for $1500.00.

We also construct your website for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which includes changing meta-tags and paying attention to the link structure and content of your site.  Certain practice areas and geographical regions are far more competitive amongst attorneys than others.  For example, competing to get to the top of the search engine if you want Los Angeles auto accident cases is much more difficult than SEO for Wyoming wills.  We have a strong idea of what areas of law and and cities have the most competition.  Speak to Robert up front about what your chances of success are.  Personal injury in the large cities is very difficult.  As are DUIs in any large city.  SEO takes time and there is a need to get other websites to "cast their vote" for your site by hyperlinking to your front page.  We do a long-term SEO campaign for one practice area for $1500.00 and $50.00 per month thereafter.   This price includes running a preliminary, month-long pay-per click campaign (which you can purchase on it's own for $375.00 above) to test the waters for your area and geographic region.   You can get started with a long-term plan by purchasing this at the order page.
